Summit County Manager Bob Jasper announced Wednesday he's going to sign an Amendment for the Boyer Tech Park's Development Agreement, which allows him to decide if a proposed tenant fits with the uses permitted in the project.
Jasper said the intent is to set up a predictable, transparent process, so a business can find out, early on, if it is compatible with the Tech Park's guidelines. Rick Brough has more.
