Park City Culinary Institute Owner Lauri Moldawer will be in to tell us about classes being offered in 2017. After Lauri we have Retiring School Board President Tania Knauer in to recap her term on the school board and since we started off with food – we’re going to wrap up the hour with whiskey! Master Distiller Brendan Coyle from High West Distillery will tell us about being named 2016 Distillery of the Year by Whiskey Advocate.
