Summit County Manager Tom Fisher has a preview of Wednesday's County Council meeting.  The Lincoln Station rezone proposal is up for a possible decision from Council.  It would allow for 78 units on a 4 acre parcel on Bitner Road.  Included in the project is small commercial space. Wasatch County Manager Mike Davis talks with KPCW about the Truth in Taxation hearing held last week by the Wasatch County Council to address the aging water lines coming from the Duchesne area. It represents a small tax increase to the residents of Wasatch County. This pipeline serves the central Utah Water District. The Highway 40 corridor general plan established by the County has support from Heber City as the town moves ahead to  create a bypass around the west side of Heber.  Director of Recycle Utah, Carolyn Wawra, talks about the Treasure Mountain Inn  sponsorship of their EPS Styrofoam recycling program. The 100-Mile Meal fund raiser happens on August 11th.  It's the third annual event to highlight local farmers and products from within a 100 mile radius of Park City.
