Park City, Treasure Hill and the Land Use Attorney

It's been more than 30 years since Pat Sweeney and his brothers brought the idea of the Treasure Hill development to Park City. When things got complicated - the city decided to contract with one of Utah's prominent land use attorneys - Jody Burnett.
