The Park City Planning Commission Want Third-Party Studies For Kimball Garage

It's been more than a year since the Park CityPlanning commission heard from theowners of the Kimball Garage. The conditional use permit, originally approved by the planning commission, was appealed by concerned neighbors citing noise as one of their biggest concerns. After hearing the appeal, the city council remanded the project back to the planning commission. At Wednesday's meeting Melissa Allison found out, not a lot has changed.
