David is born and raised in Park City, Utah, and a great enthusiast of the wide variety of topics that The Mountain Life covers: health, fitness and nutrition to parenting, lifestyle and education. Wintzer truly lives the mountain lifestyle. When he is not hosting the show, David is a general contractor building custom and spec homes in the luxurious town of Park City.
