Communidades Unidas is a non-profit organization that focuses on empowering Latinx and helping them recongize and reach positive change to the larger community. Stephanie Montes joins us to talk about the programs offered by the organization, including the Immigrant National Convention which was scheduled to take place during the 2020 Presidential Debates in an effort to bring attention to the importance of voting, and about the deadline for registering to vote and being able to receive a mail-in-ballot.
