John Cumming, the CEO of Powdr Corporation, parent company of the Park City Mountain Resort, is scolding his counterpart, Vail Chief Executive Rob Katz, in a letter relased Friday.
Cummings said that Katz has misstated the facts about their legal dispute over PCMR's ski mountain, as a transparent public relations effort to pressure Powdr into a Vail takeover of the resort.
Cumming writes that exchanging letters in public is counterproductive, but he needs to set the record straight. All he tells Katz, "If you want to resolve this dispute, call me." Rick Brough has more.
