Egyptian Theatre's British Invasion Week is Selling Out

Egyptian Theatre
The Egyptian Theatre brings the British Invasion to Park City.

Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and Queen have long since broken up but it’s tribute bands like Zoso, Imagine – Remembering the Fab Four and Queen Nation that take you back to the glory days of classic rock. Celebrating the end of the year – Director of Operations and Programming Amber Hansen said the Egyptian Theatre is presenting what they call, British Invasion Week.

“I think Zoso is the ultimate Led Zeppelin experience," Hansen said. "Queen Nation is amazing and they nail it and then Imagine – remembering the Fab Four are really great. A couple of them grew up in Salt Lake.”

First up – performing Dec. 26 and 27 - Zoso.

“They look like the band, they sound like the band," Hansen said. "We’re going to do some really cool rock n roll lighting and old album covers up on the screen and some cool graphics to go along with each song so it’s going to be a really fun time.”

Following Zoso is Queen Nation with performances on the 28 and 29 with Imagine – Remembering the Fab Four wrapping up the series on the 30 and 31.

Hansen said the performances are appropriate for all ages but if you want tickets you need to act fast since they’re almost sold out.
