The Utah Strong Recovery Project is offering free help to anyone experiencing stress, anxiety or depression due to COVID-19. A crisis intervention counselor is available 7am-7pm, seven days a week. All information is confidential and free of charge. Call or text 385-386-2289 or email utahstrong@utah.gov and give your first name and phone number only. Counseling in Spanish and other languages is available. For after hours needs, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255). The Utah Strong Recovery program is operated by the Utah Dept. of Human Services through a FEMA grant.
