Summit County Council Member Kim Carson reviews the Council's meeting, including an approval for the expansion of the Silver Creek Water Treatment Plant which includes a building six stories tall. Peter Yogman, Steve Swanson and Ali Zeisler all have concerns that the Park City School District is moving too fast with its master plan and bond election and World Cup rower and Park City native Devry Karz and her partner recently won a bronze medal in a World Cup race, qualifying then for the World Championships this fall and a possible berth in the 2016 Summer Olympics.
