Summit County Fire Warden, Bryce Boyer talks about the three major fires this summer, their causes, damage and strategies used to combat them. Carolyn Wawra, Executive Director of Recycle Utah gives a run down on changes to plastic collection, an update on the final dumpster days of the year and a recap on the Hazardous Waste collection held the beginning of the month. UDOT Public Information Officer, John Gleason talks about the Truck chain-up lot near the US 40 and I-80 interchange. UDOT is converting it to an overnight, year-round parking area for trucks and some Silver Creek residents are concerned about the impacts. Ellie Shropshire owns Ellie’s Chef’s Catering Café. She is giving 5% of her café revenue to Park City non-profits.
