Park City Mountain Resort and Vail Resorts have announced an addition to their Epic Pass lineup.
Deirdra Walsh of Park City Mountain Resort announced the new product as part of the Vail Epic Promise hour of KPCW’s pledge drive on Tuesday morning. The Epic Day Pass for next season is on sale now.
“It’s offering from one to seven days and it provides a discount for up to 50% off window ticket prices which means they can start as low as $106,” Walsh explained.” So, you can customize how many days you want to ski on the mountain between one and seven. If you want to include holiday on one of those one to seven days or not and really customize it for yourself and get out there at a great price. They’re on sale now for next season so you can go to EpicPass.com for more questions as far as the way that this product will work but it’s really exciting.”
The 2019/2020 pass allows users access to any of the Company’s North American owned resorts. Those who purchase 4 or more days can also use them to access Telluride, Sun Valley, Snowbasin and Resorts of the Canadian Rockies. Guests can also lower their cost per day by adding more days and can lock in the lowest prices by purchasing this spring.
The Epic Pass and Epic Local Pass continue to offer the best value for unlimited skiing and riding at Vail owned resorts. Launching at $939, the Epic Pass provides unlimited, unrestricted access to all of the Company’s owned resorts, including Park City, and additional access to partner resorts around the world including seven days of riding with no restrictions at both Snowbasin, just 50 minutes from Park City, and Sun Valley in Idaho.
The Epic Local Pass with blackout dates starts at $699, local pass holders will also receive two days at Snowbasin and Sun Valley. Purchasing either pass will also include discount Buddy and Ski With A Friend tickets.
Other passes include the Military Epic Pass priced at $129 for active and retired military and their dependents and $529 for Veteran Military and their dependents. Unlimited skiing in Park City is also available through youth and college passes.
Park City Mountain Resort will also continue to offer the free Epic SchoolKids Utah Pack for children, kindergarten through fifth grade. The Epic SchoolKids Utah Pack is a free program for Utah children that provides five days of skiing and riding at Park City, with no purchase necessary, that also includes one free first-timer ski or ride lesson with equipment rental.
Guests can bring their same-day lift ticket to a season pass office at any of the Vail Resorts owned mountains and put the value of the ticket towards an eligible season pass product including Epic Pass, Epic Local Pass and Epic Day Pass with four or more days.
