Midway City Council meets on Tuesday at 5 p.m. Agenda items include a discussion and presentation on ranked choice voting. They’ll also discuss and possibly adopt several city ordinances covering a variety of topics.
The Midway City Council will discuss and possibly adopt amending an ordinance dealing with vested property rights and land use. There will be a public hearing on this topic. Additionally, public facilities completion requirements, the City Architect position and cemetery regulations will be on the docket.
Public comment for non-agenda items will be taken at the beginning of the meeting right after the consent agenda.
