The Mountain Life explores a stretching system unlike any other you’ve experienced with Patrick Gregston, a certified practitioner from Santa Barbara, California. The system is based on the protocol of Bob Cooley whose book, the Genius of Flexibility: The Smart Way to Stretch and Strengthen Your Body, provides the foundation for the classes. Classes are offered November 7 & 8 from 6-9pm, and November 9 & 10 from 10am-1pm at 1910 Prospector Avenue in Park City.
