Park City wants to open up HOV lanes on State Route 248 to encourage more car-pooling and transit use. Because it’s a state road, UDOT requires an environmental assessment. Some Park City residents are upset about notices they received from UDOT stating the Rail Trail corridor is being considered in the study. Carolyn Murray has more:
