The Mountain Life welcomes Dr. Anisha Patel, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford University and leader of Stanford’s pediatric sugar research program. Dr. Patel joins the show to debunk sugar myths about natural and artificial sweeteners, where added sugar lurks and how to avoid it in her new book she co-wrote with Jennifer Tyler Lee called Half The Sugar, All the Love, a family cookbook with evidence-based science and sound medical advice that will change the way children eat.
