Summit County receives 40 new project submissions
Summit County Community Development Director Pat Putt has an update on development projects throughout the county.
There have been 40 new development project requests submitted to the county. Putt highlights the ballerina farm project located between Park City and Kamas proposing to be a agricultural-tourism related use that includes a dairy, creamery retail outlet and event space. Another permit request is for a green waste recycle center in Browns Canyon. In addition, High Valley Transit wants to amend the existing service space in the Snyderville Basin area, Mountain Regional Water wants to expand their facilities, and Park City RV Resort has requested to expand their facilities.
There will be a joint meeting between the Snyderville Planning Commission, East Summit County Planning Commission and County Council on October 11 to discuss visioning for future growth throughout the county.
