Wasatch County Manager Dustin Grabau said members of the county staff have held themselves to a high standard of transparency when considering the Heber Valley temple plans.
The county council will vote on the temple application Wednesday, Nov. 8.
Also at Wednesday's meeting, the county council will have an in-depth discussion of the 2024 budget draft. A truth in taxation hearing about a library tax will be held in December.
