Heber City Manager Matt Brower previews Tuesday's city council meeting where a draft development agreement for a five-story condominium hotel on Main Street, featuring 196 suites and 255 lock-off units will be discussed.
The council will also discuss a food truck court proposal and will consider revised MDAs for Harvest Village and Crossing developments.
