Friday's Local News Hour with fill-in host Renai Bodley begins with Mountain Trails Foundation Executive Director Charlie Sturgis.  He gives an update on trail conditions and then issues a stern warning for dog owners on the PC trail.  Off-leash dogs are creating problems for livestock in that area and the trail is being monitored closely, so hikers need to keep their dogs on leash.   Then in our "What's That Pat?" monthly segment, Summit County Community Director Pat Putt has updates on the Boyer Tech Center and employee housing at Canyons Village.

Larry White ,the CEO of TCFC, has details about a public open house on Tuesday as the company readies a revised masterplan for the 3.8 million square feet of development still to do at the base of Canyons Village and mid-mountain. Wasatch County Manager Mike Davis has updates on a number of development projects, including the new military hotel and Mayflower master plan.

  On today’s program Charlie Sturgis has his weekly trails update, including the rerouting of Jenny’s on Monday. In his monthly update, “What’s That with Pat?” Summit County Community Development Director Pat Putt discusses the Canyons Village Master Plan redo and what’s going on at the Skullcandy excavation site. Park City Council Member Andy Beerman updates us on last night’s meeting and announces that he and his wife and business partner are looking to sell their lodging business and shares in the TMI (Treasure Mountain Inn).
