The Utah Debate Commission is finishing a poll this week that will determine which state candidates will be eligible to participate in their debates this fall. Congressman Rob Bishop will not attend a town hall in Utah on April 18th, despite one group's very visible request for him to come.  KPCW's Renai Bodley has the story:
