Intermountain Healthcare is offering a free, emotional relief hotline for mild to intense levels of need from 10 am-10 pm 7 days a week.  Call 833-442-2211. Interpretation services for 19 languages is available.  Callers are connected to Caregivers from Intermountain Healthcare's Behavioral Health Clinical Program who can provide support, resources and referral options.

Two Park City brothers, one in 7th grade, the other in 9th, along with friends and their teacher are using their expertise to help Intermountain Health Care provide additional PPE for their staff.


Intermountain Healthcare has created two COVID-19 Response Teams that will deploy to New York City this week. This is in response to hundreds of Intermountain clinicians expressing interesting in helping states facing major surges in COVID-10 cases and experiencing severe staffing shortages.

Intermountain has partnered with two hospitals, both located in the New York City area.


Drive through testing is now available for those without a physician’s order in Park City.

On Tuesday evening the Heber Valley Hospital will be holding an open house as they complete their second phase of their expansion project.

The hospital is most the way through a $41.3 million expansion project. Heber Valley Hospital Director of Communications Amy Tuddenham said since they weren’t constructing a new building the hospital had to expand and renovate while remaining in operation.

Breast Cancer will strike one in eight women.  Thirty percent of those diagnosed with breast cancer will have the cancer spread to another part of her body.   Bone Metastases is very common in that group of patients and about 40,000 women a year die from metastatic breast cancer.

Intermountain Healthcare unveiled its plans for a new Life Flight Ground Transport program - saying it will help those in need get a higher level of care in the state's rural locations. KPCW's Leslie Thatcher has more.
