Lee Castillo US House District 1

After last month’s Democratic State Convention, two candidates have emerged who are running for the US House District 1.   The winner of the Primary Election in June will go on to compete with Republican Representative, Rob Bishop, who has held the seat since 2003. Carolyn Murray has this:

After last month’s State Democratic Convention two democrats moved on to the June Primary.  The winner goes on to face Rob Bishop in the General Election. Bishop has represented Utah’s 1st congressional district since 2003. The district includes Summit County and runs north and east to the state lines of Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado.  Democrat Kurt Weiland is hoping to win the Primary and move on to defeat Bishop.  Carolyn Murray has this:
