The Residences at Utah Olympic Park feature short-term lodging for visiting athletes, long-term apartments for athletes and Utah Olympic Legacy staff, plus a breathtaking view of Park City from atop the mountain. The building also has a special detail as a nod to the accomplishments and life of a Park City Olympian.

Ten USA Bobsled & Skeleton athletes were honored at the annual awards banquet on Saturday at the Lake Placid Olympic Conference Center. One of them included Park City’s Steven Holcomb, who was inducted under special circumstances.

A Celebration of Life for Park City native Steven Holcomb is scheduled for Saturday, June 10th at 2 p.m.  The 37 year old Olympian passed away unexpectedly May 6th. He was found in his room at the Olympic Training Center in lake Placid New York. Officials believe Holcomb died in his sleep. 

The Celebration will start on Saturday, at 2:00 p.m. at Utah Olympic Park in the summer pavilion located behind the Quinney Welcome Center. A reception will follow.
