The Park City Area Project for Deeper Understanding presents a conversation addressing forest management and fire prevention in Summit County. The conversation is titled, "The Era of Mega-Fires: Will Summit County be next?" The conversation featured a presentation with panel discussion followed by audience Q & A. Members of the panel included: Bryce Boyer, Summit County Fire Marshall; Chris Crowley of Summit County Emergency Preparedness; Darren McAvoy, Assistant Professor Wildland Resources at USU, John Blazzard, local sawmill operator; Daniel Jauregui, a District Ranger; RyanTorcicollo of Wasatch Arborists and Mike Owens.
