Summit County Council Finalize East County Planning Code

Years of discussion and public hearings about the East County Planning Code came to a conclusion Wednesday. The Summit County Council unanimously approved revisions to chapters three and four of the code, and also okayed a zoning district map. Rick Brough has more:
