First Budget Meeting for 2014 is Being Held Wednesday

Summit County's first budget hearing for 2014 is being held Wednesday. County Manager Bob Jasper said they will present a spending plan that is restoring a number of staff positions, and getting some service levels back on track. Rick Brough has more.
