Sky Lodge Hearings Are Taking Place

A Third District Court judge last week again heard the opposing sides in the legal battle between Sky Lodge owner Ken Abdalla - and the board governing the HOA of the lodge.
The ruling from Judge Ryan Harris didn't come down entirely in favor of either side. But the judge set another date in June for a major hearing in the case. Rick Brough has more.
