Sky Lodge Revenues War Is Still At An Impasse

Third District Court Judge Ryan Harris last week heard opposing arguments on another suspect of the legal war at the Sky Lodge, between Lodge owner Ken Abdalla and a group of unit owners.
The lawsuit being discussed last week involves an owners group that says Abdalla's management company, Malibu, is diverting too much money from rental revenues due to the owners.
But Abdalla's attorney says a small group is trying to usurp control of the Lodge and ruin Abdalla's business there. Rick Brough has more.
