No Judicial Election For Sky Lodge

Last Week in Third District Court, Judge Ryan Harris took up again the legal disputes broiling at the Sky Lodge. He told attorneys for the Homeowners Association that he would not agree - for now anyway - to have his court supervise an election for the HOA.
The HOA claimed they need such an election to deal with challenges from the Sky Lodge's owner, Ken Abadalla. Rick Brough has more.
