Lund Makes A Comment About PCMR's Future Land

With one day to go before both sides face off again in court on Park City's ski resort fight, an attorney for Talisker Land Holdings and Vail has said that the latest filing from the Park City Mountain Resort is very disappointing and is using inflammatory rhetoric.
Attorney John Lund, though, did suggest that if PCMR operates a limited base area in the future, it should allow the public access to the ski hill above it. Rick Brough has more.
