Summit County Responds to Home Excavation Controversy

Over the past week, some neighbors in the Trailside neighborhood have complained about a hillside excavation of a single family home in Highland Estates. But in response, Summit County Development Director says a lot of thought went into the approval. Despite the impression given by some critics, Pat Putt says his department isn't throwing building permits out the window. Rick Brough has more.
