Pace Meadows Project Proposed

Snyderville Basin Planning Commissioners were enthusiastic Tuesday night, as they took a second look at Pace Meadows, a mixed commercial residential development along the Highway 40 frontage road. But they said they still need to get their arms around the applicants' rationale for up to 400,000 square feet of density. And they're concerned if the project will set a precedent.
