The Summit County Council says they don't agree with the draft of Utah's Public Lands Initiative submitted by Rep. Rob Bishop. The council decided Wednesday it will resubmit the proposal it ratified last spring, after consulting with all stakeholders, for Summit County's wilderness and high Uintas forest lands.
