SC Council Considers Pay Raise

The Summit County Council has scheduled a discussion to possible increase their salaries starting in 2017. The council's review of compensation Wednesday was expected to be a routine item. But it took an unexpected turn, when the one retiring council member said she's always thought the council salaries were too low and need to be higher to attract good candidates. Rick Brough has more.
