County Council Discusses Ott Issue, Agricultural Committee Members, and More

The case of embattled Salt Lake County Recorder Gary Ott has made headlines as county officials express concern that Ott may no longer be mentally competent -- yet lack a clear avenue in Utah law to deal with an elected official who may be incapacitated.
