If you find yourself in trouble in the backcountry and need the services of Search and Rescue personnel, you might find yourself with another major problem once you're safe -- facing liability for the cost of the rescue. To deal with that, the state is offering a "Utah Search and Rescue Assistance" (USARA) card. Rick Brough has more.
