The Summit County Council received a briefing from their staff Wednesday on the Amended SPA Master Plan for the Canyons Resort. Council Chairman Chris Robinson notes it's a plan that aims to cut down on the Canyon's traffic impacts, and it looks at the resort building heights in a new way. Rick Brough has more.l
