Project ABC Aims to Prioritize Arts in Summit County

The organizers for Project ABC -- that's "Arts, Beauty, and Culture" -- held a five-hour work session last week. They say they're trying to understand the impact of the arts in the county, and seek to chart a future for it. Rick Brough has more.
