The trial of three Uintah Basin defendants accused of gang rape was moved to Summit County. It's been moved a second time now, because dozens of local residents summoned for the jury pool didn't show up.
The Third District Court in Summit County has issued summons to the 36 locals who didn't appear. They will have to respond to an "Order to Show Cause" to explain their absence. Rick Brough has more.
