Council Hears From Disgruntled Preserve Residents About Maintenance Facility

It wasn't on their agenda this Wednesday, but the Summit County Council heard from homeowners north of I-80 who say they're left in the lurch since the Council directed a cease-and-desist order be placed on an unauthorized road maintenance facility in the Preserve neighborhood.
