Roger Armstrong of the Summit County Council says that short-term rentals -- booked on the Internet through such sites as Airbnb and VRBO -- are an issue for municipalities across the country, but especially for resort towns. That's why the county and Park City are sponsoring a study into this kind of housing, as Rick Brough reports:
