Budget talks have been underway for at least six weeks at Park City School District Board of Education meetings. Discussions this week included staffing needs for elementary school intervention and changes in student fees. The state does not allow fees to be charged at the elementary school level. However, pre-school fees can be charged. Board members are looking for more details before approving new fees for 2018-19. Carolyn Murray has this:
