Jupiter Chair Malfunction At Park City Mountain Results In Litigation

The Jupiter chairlift at Park City Mountain malfunctioned in mid-January, and a former employee tells KPCW that someone was injured in the accident. KPCW was alerted to the chairlift incident in February and has been investigating the details since then. An attorney we spoke to who specializes in ski resort litigation says it's hard to get information about an industry that is essentially its own watchdog. Carolyn Murray reports.
