Brighton Estates Homeowners Association Suing Wasatch County To Reinstate Special Services District

The Brighton Estates Homeowners Association is suing Wasatch County and the County Council for dissolving the Special Services District last year. The district was originally established in 2013 at the county’s request as a way to pay for the needed infrastructure upgrades in Brighton Estates.
