COVID-19: Bill White Will Close Restaurants Monday

Park City restaurateur Bill White announced Saturday that he will close all of his restaurants to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect his employees.

White owns seven restaurants: Billy Blanco's, Chimayo, Ghidotti's, Grappa, Wahso, Windy Ridge Cafe & Windy Ridge Bakery and Sushi Blue.

White said it was a tough decision and he isn't sure how long the closures will last.
