Charlie Graves, CEO of Athletic Republic, and Dr. Phil Davidson of Davidson Orthpedics will join the program to talk about the prevalence of ACL injuries in young female athletes. Then, local sports medicine physician and team doctor for the pro-cycling team, BMC, Dr. Max Testa, joins to talk about his cycling training program using the same methodology he uses with the pro's and brings it to those trying to get a little stronger or those with competitive cycling goals.
