This Green Earth - June 19, 2018 Josh Hobson

The film, Wasted, The Story of Food Waste, will be airing Wednesday, June 20 at the Santy Auditorium.  It’s a documentary produced by the late Anthony Bourdain and focuses on what needs to be done to reduce and re-direct food that is lost to landfills.  Josh Hobson, a member of the Park City Leadership Class 24 discusses this film and a class project focusing on food waste and composting.
