We discussed the role LULAC plays on improving the economic status, educational attainment, political influence, housing issues, health, and civil rights of Hispanic Americans through community-based programs that operate on more than 1,000 LULAC councils nationwide. The organization involves and serves all groups of Hispanic nationality.
We also discussed the IMAGINEMOS LATINX SUMMIT event that took place on June 21 at the Monson Center which attempted to unite Latino leadersin the communities of Utah.
